Lowest Price Guarantee

MyCar is dedicated to providing you with the best vehicle price possible, which means if you find a lower price on a vehicle we’ll beat it by $250. The advertised vehicle has to be of the same make, model, and with similar condition and kilometres driven (verified by a CARFAX Canada report). It must be sold through a licensed dealer here in Ontario. It does not apply to any errors or misprints. The vehicle must be within 100 km of any of our Ottawa, Kingston or North Bay locations. The vehicle must be in stock and ready for sale, and does not apply to our own inventory.

Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles

Buying a certified pre-owned vehicle is practically like buying a new vehicle. There are pre-owned vehicles that have been inspected to ensure they are in top shape, and which have been reconditioned to fix any problem areas. Buying certified pre-owned from MyCar, you’ll receive the following:

30 Day Exchange

You deserve to be happy with whatever vehicle you choose. If you happen to decide on a vehicle that you suddenly realize you don’t like as much any more, that’s no problem! If you’re not content with your vehicle, you can bring it back to us within 30 days and exchange it for a vehicle of equal or greater value. This is a one-time exchange, with a $499 exchange fee plus licensing fees. The vehicle must have been driven for less than 2,000 km, and be in the same condition from time of purchase.
